Monday - time to show some love for some old supplies. I found pieces of this paper. There was matching card stock with the patterned paper. I managed to get three more cards out of the paper and never used any of that card stock. I think they will be great cards for Operation Write Home.
The top two sentiments are from Hero Arts. The last sentiment is from Technique Tuesday.
Remember to show some love for your old supplies. They still make great cards.
Enjoy your Monday - dang - a five day work week.

More Easter Cards
Another Easter card to share - I made three of this design. It could have qualified for an oldie moldie Monday card also. The paper is from a pad of paper by GCD Studio - Melody Ross collection. There is some glitter paper in this pad - glitter everywhere - I will need to clean my design area very well before I start on any more Operation Write Homes. No glitter on those cards - puts our heroes in danger.
I fussy cut out the flowers and bird from one sheet of paper and the red stripe comes from the same sheet of paper. I just used all kinds of different patterned papers on the card. The flowers and bunny are pop dotted to add dimension. I don't know who makes the bunny stamp - he floats around my studio.
I am entering the card in the "Simon Says Stamp flower challenge" on Lily Pad blog.
Have a good Tuesday.

Good Thursday evening - or should I say "last day of my work week" - yeah - 4 day week end. I will try not to think about how much work I have at work.
A quick post - I have dirty dishes in the sink upstairs that are calling my name - if I get them done - maybe I can make a card - I still need a birthday card for my daughter - maybe she will get it late.
Tonight's card is based on the weekly sketch at Card Positioning System - a very simple sketch that you can do so much with. I have had this patterned paper (bird/flower) sitting around on the table - so finally decided I need to use it. I think I will send the card to my mom - she likes flowers and birds. I love my flower - I made that out of some recycled tissue paper - love the result and how inexpensive - I have now got myself a box of all colors of gift tissue - be prepared to see more flowers.
Everyone have a wonderful evening.
