I am making some New Home cards for my daughter to have on hand. She is living in a new neighborhood and it looks like there is lots of movement and new homes being built so nice to have some cards on hand.
I did a cut with my Silhouette so the card was very easy to make. The sentiment was computer generated. Easy Peasy.
