Here is my card for the midweek challenge on Stars and Stripes - kids card using scallops. I dusted off my Silhouette and found this scalloped rectangle and cut it out. I cut two of them - use the frame from one and the inside from the other color. The pigs are stamped on patterned paper and fussy cut out. I did spray them with Goosebumps so they have a little texture. The sentiment was created on the computer. The sentiment and piggies are pop dotted. I think some child will get a big smile on their face when they get this card.
