It is the beginning of the month and a new Christmas challenge at Happy Little Stampers.
The challenge is "anything goes" with an option of sequins.
This stamp set is from My Favorite Things. I think it is a wonderful set for making Christmas cards for all the friends you have who have added sparkle and glitter to it.
I used a very light coating of distress oxide inks to color the background. I cut the snowman out with my Scan n Cut. It is glued directly to the card front. The sentiment was stamped directly on the card front. I got out my clear glitter embossing paste and a stencil and added little dots all around the card front. I glued a snowflake sequin onto his hat. Other sequins were glued on to the front of the card.
Glossy accents were added to the ornament and gift.
Here is a close up of our cute snowman. He was colored with distress oxide inks. (did I tell you I am obsessed with my distress oxide inks?)
Please join us at Happy Little Stampers for our August Christmas challenge. Did I tell you one lucky recipient will receive a prize.

That is the cutest snowman Barb and the sentiment is just so true! I'm with you on the oxide inks too.

This is so sweet, Barb. I love your coloring and all the shimmer and shine. That sentiment is wonderful.
This is a really sweet card.
He is a cutie, Barb, and he looks wonderful standing there in the glittery snow.
Such a sweet snowman! I love your snow with stencil. A great glow.
