Peanut Butter Fudge Bars
1 pkg (18 ¼ oz) yellow cake mix                         1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter                                   ½ c. vegetable oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk                        1 c. (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2 T. butter
In bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil.  Press 2/3 of mixture into greased 13 x 9 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
In heavy saucepan heat milk, choc chips and butter over low heat.  Stir until well blended.  Pour over crust.  Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool on wire rack.
