Mission Accomplished
Mission accomplished - the OWH cardmaking party in Madison, WI at the Scrapbook Superstore was a wonderful success. We think about 3000 cards were made and dropped off - there were still some kits left which we will get finished and mailed to Operation Write Home. Thank you Scrapbook Superstore, Sandy (founder of OWH) and Kris (Midwest Shipper) for coming to our event, Robin and Cindy for all their hardwork and all the wonderful cardmakers who showed up.
The card I am sharing is for a co worker who is moving into a new position. It is based on the challenge at The Playdate Cafe which is to use black and white with a splash of color. Pink is the color I have chosen. The cute tree is from Paper Crafts - it is a free download.
I hope you enjoy my take on the challenge.

Hi Barb ~ It was a great day stamping with you yesterday at the OWH event in Madison. I am glad to hear that we surpassed our goal of 1,000 cards. Great job to all those who participated. PeggyF

I enjoyed the couple hours I was able to spend at the cardmaking event, I'm sorry I couldn't have made it for the entire day
