Thursday - No It is my Friday
Good morning - I wanted to share another card I made with the We R Memory Makers paper grouping. You can check out earlier posts for more pictures of cards from this same group.
Worked on a Christmas Kit last night for the OWH card making party in Madison.
Not much else to say this morning - haven't finished that first cup of coffee.
Enjoy your day - Wisconsin is having a summer week end - warmth. Good week end to hibernate inside and make cards.

Hump Day
Well my goodness - Blogger is being particularly stubborn with me today so forgive the centered verbage today.
This card is based on the weekly sketch over at Operatin Write Home's card blog Stars and Stamps. It was a little difficult to work with. I love this scallop diecut I have from Papertrey Ink so I thought I would use it for my stripes - I am pretty anal I like to have complete scallops on both ends of my strips - but then that is me - somewhat of a vintage feel - with the addition of the lace which I have either tea or coffee dyed to give it a more "used" feel.
Today I am back to working normal hours at work and I don't know how to handle it - of course - I need to drop off my car today for some work - pray it is nothing too serious.
Everyone have a great day.

Tuesday or is it Wednesday??
Since I am not working on Friday - I don't know if this would by my Tuesday or Wednesday - whatever the though of a 4 day week - and a 4 day week end - priceless.
Last weeks midweek challenge on Operation Write Home blog Stars and Stamps was Love - and I found this cute stamp I had - this is oldie moldie paper except for the brown - I am loving the new colors from Bo Bunny - I love their dot paper and now they added a couple lines with the same concept - of course - I pick up some each time I am in a store that carries them. I think I need more of this brown. The stamp is a $1 stamp I found at Michael's - I will get more than my return on investment on cards for Operation Write Home. I have made 2 more cards with some of this same paper for my box.
Everyone have a wonderful week end - tomorrow night - is my sketch card.

Oldie Moldie Monday
Oldie Moldie Monday - time to show some love to some old paper and supplies. I found this paper somewhere - and have made several cards out of it. Nice bright colors, simple design but will make some recipient happy to hear from their hero serving overseas. The cards are for Operation Write Home. Why don't you dig into your unloved supplies and make some cards to send overseas for our heros to stay in touch with their loved ones.
Everyone have a wonderful evening.

Boo It is Sunday
Ok maybe I am making progress on this new computer and uploading - notice - I said maybe - my new office software has come so need to install it and my new printer came yesterday so that needs t obe installed - I don't know if I want to battle with my computer today - did not yesterday.
I have made a card this morning - mowed parts of my lawn - trying to decide if Iwant to mow more or not - OK - mow more - NO - but should I - probably.
This is a card I made last week end when I had this particular grouping of We R Memory Keepers paper, stickers out - add an SRM Sticker and some bling and you have a great anniversary card. Another card for Operation Write Home.
Everyone have a wonderful Sunday - will I or won't I finish mowing my lawn - that is the question of the day.

Yeah It is Saturday
Another card for OWH - played with this grouping of paper last week end - I know I have a pad of journal cards somewhere - so I probably should wait with the remainder of the paper until I locate that. Used a SMR Sticker to add a sentiment. The patterned paper did all the work on this card for me. The paper is from We R Memory Keepers along with the scalloped sticker.
Thanks for stopping by.

A Happy Hello
Good Friday Evening - another card made for Operation Write Home with We R Memory Makers paper. The owl stamp is from Stampendous and the sentiment (a favorite for OWH cards) is Hero Arts.
Not much happening here - took the day off to rest my eyes - extreme dryness - so I did color 18 Dracula's today for OWH cards - now to design the card - I have a friend who said she would do my mass cutting if I designed the cards. Well I must get busy. Must dig out the old Halloween paper and see if there is anything I can use in there. Maybe that will be an oldie moldie Monday post.
Everyone enjoy your evening and have a wonderful week end.

Wow - it is already June
Good Saturday evening - how did we get to Saturday so fast - as you can see from lack of blog posts - no creating went on this week. I did do some kit prep work - but the design was already figured out. So tomorrow hopefully I can get some more designing done for kits for a Operation Write Home card party in July.
This is the patriotic grouping from My Mind's Eye. I made a card for the Memorial Day blog hop for Operation Write Home with this same grouping - just some different papers in the grouping.
I hope you had a good day. Warmth has returned to Wisconsin but tonight it is suppose to cool down and be a wonderful day. I do need to get groceries so think I will be up early and get that done - maybe I will treat myself to breakfast out.
