A couple week ends ago I was at Bella Connections and a class I took from Cindy Shepard - she had us drawing birds. Well I really enjoyed that and just keep drawing birds. I have to have an idea and then I see if I can do my version.
Yesterday I decided to draw an owl. I had so much fun drawing the owl and coloring it.
The October Challenge with Mou on the Faber Castell Blog is to use black chalkboard paint and an owl. A double whammy. Thanks for stretching my limited drawing skills and making me try to draw an owl. I really like how it turned out.
The canvas board has 3 layers of black chalkboard paint on it. The owl was drawn on a book page and colored with Gelatos and Inktense pencils. A Faber Castell black pen was used for outlining the parts of the owl. The owl was added to the board with gel medium. I outlined the image with a pen I had. I stamped the sentiment twice. Once on teal colored book pages and once on pink colored book pages and cut them out. I love this sentiment. After everything was adhered, I rubbed some pink distress paint along the edge and then did white splats. I really like how it turned out.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't be afraid to try to draw. If I can do it so can you - or maybe I will call it whimsical doodling.

Happy World Card Making Day
I have been lazy and not posted lately. I have created but was taking a break from blogging. I have lots of exciting things to talk about so hopefully I will share it all in the next couple weeks.
Today is a day near and dear to all card makers. Papercrafts created this day to celebrate card making. There have been so many wonderful things to look at on blogs today. Simon Says Stamp had a beautiful card on their post today and are asking people to link up what they are working on. I worked on this card all day since it has many layers and they had to dry.
The base for the image is a book page which has a layer of Gesso on it. I have started doing some drawing so found a "how to" on Pinterest on how to draw a cupcake. So Simple and I had so much fun doing it. I drew the cupcake in pencil. I colored the cupcake with two shades of purple and two shades of orange. I then drew around the cupcake with a black pen. After this was dry I colored the background with another Gelato. If you look closely you can see that I used a beaded/glitter gel through a stencil to add another layer. The Paper Smooches sentiment was stamped and cut out. I then went a little crazy adding black splatters. It is matted in black on a purple card base.
Normally the person receiving this card gets a card with a monkey on it - the monkey will have to be on the inside. I hope she is not too disappointed. Maybe when I tell her it is original artwork she will be very excited.
Have a wonderful evening.

Mixed Media Birthday Card
My dear friend Mary will be celebrating a birthday in October. It will be a surprise to her to actually get a card for her birthday before her birthday. The shock of that and the mixed media madness in the card may be too much for her to take.
The monthly challenge at Mixed Media Card challenge is Friend with the optional element of ribbon.
The card is just a little under a 6 inch square. The first layer is brown card stock. On top of that is a layer of fabric. The fabric is leftovers from drapes from my Aunt's house. It has the little flowers on it as you can see in the picture below. I colored the fabric with a green gelato and wet the color (it was cream originally). Stamped some brown leaves on it and then added some embossing paste/paint mixture randomly across the fabric. It was then sewed to the brown card stock.
The focal point on the card is a piece of fabric. I adhered the fabric to card stock with a lite wonder under product. A layer of blue and brown card stock are the mats. I stitched the fabric to the mats. The bow (ribbon) is fabric. Different elements were added to the fabric base of the card: paper doily, couple pieces of brown lace, recycled brown paper bag piece (Panera if you need some) and the green threads in the corner are from tearing the fabric strip for the bow. The focal point was pop dotted at an angle on the front of the card. The happy birthday and friend are stickers from SRM Stickers. They were adhered to a piece of patterned paper. I added a strip of the paper to the fabric strip at the top.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Everyone have a wonderful Friday and week end.

Mixed Media Mojo August Challenge - Anything Goes
It is the first of the month and time to get your Mojo rev started with the monthly challenge at Mixed Media Mojo. The challenge for August is anything goes. I love those challenges because then you can do a project you may need to get done.
I had to make a card for a challenge on a group I belong to. The challenge was "something sweet" - well cupcakes are pretty sweet.
The cupcake is a digital image that I traced onto patterned paper and cut out. The background is patterned paper adhered to mixed media paper for support. I then coated the paper with a layer of clear gesso. The design still shows through but when you color on the surface the color has something to bite onto to. I then added different colors of gelatos on the patterned paper. The cupcake and sentiment were adhered with gel medium. I added a coating of glass bead gel over the top of the cupcake. The bow was colored with gelatos and water. Embossing paste was colored with gelatos also and using a stencil added some random polka dots around the card.
Please join us for our monthly challenge. I am excited to see your projects.
I am entering this into the weekly challenge on the Monday Challenge Blog for Simon Says Stamp which is to not use ordinary paper. I did use the mixed media paper as my base for the card.

The Flowers of Summer
I have been playing with my gelatos, gesso and distress paints, I saw a card similar to this on Pinterest and unfortunately I do not know who did it originally. I loved the design so tried my best to come up with a card that was somewhat similar.
Here are a couple close ups of the flowers and the bow.
The bow was colored with distress ink.
I am going to enter this card in the challenge on Mixed Media Monthly challenge Summer Days. What is more summer than bright colored flowers.
Thanks for stopping by.

The flowers are colored with distress markers and made out of gessoed book pages. I cut wonky circles in different sizes and layered them. The smaller flowers have two sizes and the larger flower has three sizes of wonky circles.

What Makes You Smile
Being creative has not been happening lately. Work has overwhelmed me but the middle of July I retire and then hopefully I will be able to create at will.
I am combining two challenge for this card. When I saw this quote on the paper from 7 Gypsies. When I read the quote I instantly started to smile and had a flashback to a trip in the spring with a friend to the Florida Keys. We had the conversation on the plane but how you sometimes laugh at the most inappropriate things or times. Well, of course, at the airport, I had a battle with the escalator and yes when I finally made it to the top, we had to laugh. So inappropriate but that flashback made me smile and laugh. Guess what the challenge is on Our Creative Challenge - is What Makes You Smile.
The challenge on the Mixed Media Card Challenge blog is Collage with the optional element of frame. The focal point of the card is in a frame and there are many elements which make it collage.
I started with a piece of white chipboard and covered it with crumpled up tissue paper adhered with gel medium. Of course you don't see too much of that layer. I colored the tissue paper with a gelato and just blended it with my fingers. I layered a rectangle doily on top of the colored tissue paper. I added a strip of patterned paper which I had distressed around the edges. I colored a strip of canvas with the same gelato and then embossed it with silver embossing paste.
I added extra color to the image with a pink and silver gelato. I then used a glitter pen to brush some glitter in various places. I found a silk flower in my supplies and glued that to the center of the floral image to add more dimension. The picture was matted with grey card stock which was distressed around the edges. I wanted to try a product that has been hanging out in my supplies for year - silver mica flakes. I dabbed gel medium on the edge of the image and added the flakes (it was messy). After it had dried, I then dabbed more gel medium over the top hoping it would stop the flakes for flaking off. UGH. I then added a button and some twine on the the image.
I took some grey polka dot crepe paper and kinda pleated it, scrunched it and placed it on the card so it would show on two different sides of the image. The image was pop dotted at an angle on the front. I took some of the silver embossing paste and just rubbed it on some parts of the doily.
Here are a couple close ups of different parts of the card.
A close up of the silver embossing paste on the pink colored canvas.
Here is a close up of the upper right corner of the card. You can see the silver flakes around the image, the crumpled tissue paper and the silver colored doily.
This card was lots of fun to make. I actually have another card I am working on.

ATC - Groovy Chicks
I am having fun making at least one ATC a week for the challenge weekly challenge at Wicked Wednesday Weekly ATC Challenge. The theme this week is Groovy Chicks.
I love this quote from Audrey Hepburn "If you obey all the Rules, You Miss all the Fun." I think maybe it is time to start breaking some rules. The beautiful stamp is from Dina Wakely. Since she is groovy she needed to have magenta/pink hair.
The background of the ATC is distress paint. Over the top I sprayed some spray through a stencil. I don't think you can even see that layer. The chick was stamped on some gessoed pages and colored with distress paints and gelatos. She was glued to the ATC with gel medium. I added the purplish dots through a stencil and then dabbed them off with a paper towel. To finish off the background I stamped my favorite circle stamp and colored them with distress paints.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a good week. I do hope to be a little more creative this week.

Art Journal Page
The first page in a journal. Somewhat daunting - very scary.
I have had this blank journal for
awhile. It is a mixed media
journal. It is laying in the area where
I do my mixed media so when I had gesso left over I would smear it on the
page. I have two pages that are prepped
like this.
Tonight I started my first page. When I read the monthly Take the Challenge with Mou on the Faber Castell blog - to create a project related to Time.
I scribbled some different colors of Gelatos
on the page and then smoothed them out with a wipe.
Currently I am not too happy with the look
but I know it can be changed very easily.
I deepened the color with more Gelatos and spread the color with my
fingers so more of the pigment stayed on the page.
I found this great image of an antique alarm clock at The Graphic Fairy and printed it on copy paper. I cut it out and added it to the page with
gel medium.
I then took different stencils and distress
paint and added some texture around the page.
My favorite turned out to be the orange paint with the square
stencils. I liked it so well I put it on
in several different areas of the page.
I also painted in the edge of the paper where the spiral was.
I am always afraid to write or stamp
directly on a page because of the chance to ruin something. I decided to write my quote on tissue
paper. I love how tissue paper just
melts into your background with gel medium.
(sorry my picture of the handwriting on the tissue paper did not turn
out). I wish now I had written it larger and it was darker.
I took a Tim Holtz stencil that had numbers on it (a page about time needs numbers on it). I laid the stencil on the page and used the Big Brush through the stencil to add the numbers in 4 different spots. I also stamped some circles (I love this little circle stamp from Judith). I painted the inside of the circle with a Dina Wakely acrylic paint (my only tube).
I keep feeling the urge to add more to the page but I like the page the way it is.
Some things that make my soul happy are my daughters, my mother, the rest of my family, my neighbors, playing with my paper, and the thought that in about 15 months I hope to retire. On that note thanks for stopping by.

Blue Bird of Happiness
I am in love with this bird stamp and I have only used the one bird - there are three more to use. The stamp is by Dina Wakely for Ranger. It is called Scribbly Birds.
On Sunday I shared a canvas I made with the bird and one of the sentiments, but there was this saying going through my head when I painted the bird blue - blue bird of happiness. Inside the sentiment says "so blank blank blank be happy". I think I will add happy valentine's day. I think it would make a few people smile.
Did you notice his/her heart is broken? I have never had my texture paste do that before. Maybe there is something very symbolic in this. The card front is made on mixed media paper with layers of gelatos, acrylic paint, texture paste, distress ink, regular ink, gel medium, and gessoed dictionary pages.
I am going to enter this in the weekly challenge on Monday's Simon Says Stamp. The challenge is "H is for" - well for me it could be happiness or for those three little red hearts.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoying my humor - hey another H.

The Dog Ate My Birthday Card
This was the birthday card I made for my daughter. She never got to see it; she brought it from the mailbox and laid it on the table and Axl (the dog) ate it. Axl loves paper. He even ate the dog shaming book.
The stamp is by Whipper Snapper Designs. It was colored with distress paints and Gelatos.
It was a very nice card. He also ate her Christmas Santa canvas. Good thing I love that darn dog.

Monthly Faber-Castell Challenge
It is that time of the month when Mou posts her monthly challenge on the Faber-Castell blog. Thc challenge this month is January: the first month of the year! A time of making new
resolutions, fresh starts, starting again. It's the time of new
beginnings. Your challenge this month is to create anything to celebrate
new beginnings.
This is a 5 x 7 canvas board. It is a gift for a young lady in her 20's who has ventured forth to live her dream. I know that she can do it but she sometimes battles her demons and they try to break her wonderful spirit. One of the demons right now is also cancer.
The canvas represents being positive. You have two choices - glass is half full or half empty - choose the positive one - choose the sunshine not the rain. Although that monkey looks pretty happy in the rain. Must be the snazzy little slicker and boots she is wearing.
Why a monkey - she loves monkeys. Why a huge orange sun - aren't suns yellow - well orange is her favorite color.
I covered the canvas with gesso. I just plopped some gesso on the board and then I took a paper towel and blobbed it around the canvas so I got some different texture - not the normal paint brush nothingness. I then colored the gesso with gelatos. I scribbled them on and then smeared them with my hands and some water. The monkey was stamped on a gessoed piece of a book page and colored with different mediums. He was glued to the canvas with gel medium. The sun was a combination of different mediums to achieve the color I wanted. I stamped the sentiment. I added the little flowers last because I thought that added to the sunshine. I used the Glass Bead Glitter Gel on the sun and also on parts of the monkey. I added some texture with Whipped Spackle and a stencil.
I finished the canvas off with one of the Big Brush Pens around the edge (bright pink) and softening the edges with my fingers.
I know it will maker my friend smile and hopefully it will help her stay positive in this next big adventure called life.

Winter and Snow
We started the new year out with some snow. I was thankful it was on the week end so my driving could be limited. I had wanted to do some visits but that will wait for another day. My snow shoveling fairies came through last night but I should go out this morning and do it again. More snow fell during the night. Of course, one must make a snow card during this time. I am getting caught up on cards I did not get sent during the holidays.
This stamp is from My Favorite Things. It is such a sweet image.
I colored the image with distress paints and gelatos. Embossed my white cardstock with a snowflake folder.
I am entering it into two challenges. The first challenge is the Friday Mashup. Winter theme and snowflakes. I think I have both of those covered.
The second challenge is the weekly challenge from The Paper Players. Their challenge is to make a card using a recycled or repurposed item. The cardstock used in my card - the base and the embossed layer - are recycled cardstock from commencement programs. It is a wonderful heavy cardstock and every year at the graduation ceremonies I can't stand to watch all those programs get thrown away. I now have people who are so into my recycling of these programs, in May, we have two ceremonies - when I get to the 2nd ceremony to work, they will already have a cart full of the programs for me. As I wait for the graduates to arrive, I pull out the insides and save the covers. It has saved me so much money over the years.
Thanks for stopping by today. I have enjoyed playing with my paper and having some well earned paper therapy.

Mixed Media Mojo December Challenge
The monthly challenge for Mixed Media Mojo December is Winter-Winter Holiday - Twist Ornament.
Yes it is the time of the year when we are anxiously trying to get things done for the holidays. Some ornaments made for gifts, handmade cards, buy gifts, cook, ant eat too much.
I made an ornament for the challenge. I had an idea and looked on Pinterest for some creative help. This is what I came up with. It does need some refinement but I think it will look good on my snowman tree.
The shape was cut with my Silhouette. It consists of two layers of recycled card stock and a layer of a book page. The blue color is a combination of gelatos, distress paint and ink. The snowman was made with embossing paste. I did color the paste for the nose with orange before I put it on the snowman. The eyes are a couple of buttons embedded in the embossing paste. The mouth and eye brows were drawn with a sharpie. Some snowflakes and the word Peace were rub ons. The other snowflakes were stamped on the blue. I used a metallic silver paint around the edge of the heart. Floral wire made the hanger.
Please join us on the Mixed Media Mojo blog and make an ornament for the holidays.

Mixed Media Holiday Card
The "monthly Take the Challenge with Mou" on the Faber Castell Design Memory Blog is to make a gift for someone you are thankful for. This is a card but to many of my friends - my cards made especially for them - is a gift they cherish. I have several friends that bring them out each year for the holiday. I am so thankful for my friends - they have gotten me through some rough times and helped celebrate the good times.
This is approximately 5.5 inches square. The design was done on heavy watercolor paper. The paper has a layer of Gesso on it. I then took a Gelato and created the blue color for the sky. I used a darker color to add some shadows in the blue. I took a stencil and made white dots on the blue with the white Big Pen. It adds a very subtle depth to the blue. I stamped some snowflakes in a gray ink or was it grey ink. The snowman and sentiment are from Cosmo Cricket. The sentiment was colored with green acrylic paint which was watered down. The hills of snow started as fabric. I was lucky enough to find the Glass Bead Glitter Gel and brushed a coating of that on top of my hills. There is also a light layer on the snowman. It sparkles. It is beautiful. I added some shadows to the hill edges with a grey or gray Gelato. I had some rub ons and added them randomly to the background and to the snowman. I also splattered some metallic silver paint on the background.
To finish the card, I pop dotted the snowman and sentiment. I tied a red gingham bow to add balance to the card. Three small red pearls were added to the snowflakes to add another touch of red to the card.
I am also entering the card in the Mixed Media Card Challenge. The challenge is a Christmas card.
Well it was fun getting messy and I have one more Christmas card made.
Thanks for stopping by.

Halloween Mixed Media Frog
It is the part of the month where Mou posts a challenge on the Faber Castell blog. The challenge is to create any project for Halloween or Day of the Dead. I try to make a few Halloween cards each year.
This was a fun card to make. I got out my texture paste, gelatos, Big Pens and started to play. The background is a piece of Basic Grey paper which I applied texture paste to through a stencil. I colored the texture paste with gelatos. I wish I would have gotten a brighter orange. The frog (a stamp from Whipper Snapper Stamps) was stamped and colored with gelatos, Big Pen and some distress ink. I wanted a stormy looking sky so I put a layer of distress paint and then used purple, grey and dark blue gelatos to make it look stormy. The weird looking circle is a moon - a very funky colored moon. The brown earth is the Big Brush pen smeared with my fingers. I added a little green in the brown.
I matted the image with several colors of cardstock. Patterned paper was carded to the front. I added stickers from SRM Stickers for my sentiment and the spider. The stitches are also stickers. A spider web was cut with my Silhouette. I added a bow of fabric.
Eventually I will link this up on the SRM Challenge blog.
I am also entering it into the Mixed Media Monthly Challenge - where the challenge is to use fiber, ribbon or twine.
Happy Halloween. I do so love getting messy. (Shhh - inside is a big spider hanging down) The person who this card is for - hates spiders.

Friends With Flair and Mixed Media
It is Friday - and I always try to use some Unity Stamps on Friday to share in their Friends With Flair challenge/share.
I have had this little project in my head for awhile. I am going to make these for 4 very special women in my life. They are my Ya Ya's. We lost one of our Ya Ya's to breast cancer several years ago so it makes them even more special to me. We kinda like to have a drink or two once in awhile so that is why this is so fun. Plus one of our Ya Ya's winters in the Keys and several of us have visited her there.
This is a set that Unity made exclusively for Archiver's. We use to have a store in Madison and I do miss being able to have paper therapy when I go to see my Mom. Now I get paper therapy when I go to see my daughter in the Milwaukee area. I even have a step out for you today on how I made the project.
The 4 x 4 canvas is covered with a page from an old dictionary. I apply the dictionary page to the canvas with gel medium.
I then paint over the canvas with gesso.
I had bought a new pad of paper and it had some blue patterned paper in it. It was basically blue on blue - a very subtle design. I was hoping to achieve this same look with acrylic paint and then using different stencils and varying shades of blue paint and gelatos.
I then stamped my Santa on more pieces of gessoed dictionary pages.
I colored the Santas with various gelatos, Big Pens and anything else that helped me get the look I wanted. Santa is dressed in some wackier colors but hey he is having his afternoon toddy.
Ok now I stopped taking pictures. I am working on trying to do a complete tutorial so you will have to picture the steps in your head. I stamped the sentiment. I could not get the 5:00 to turn out so I decided to just write it on the paper myself. I adhered the image and sentiment with gel medium. I carefully added gel medium over the top of the entire project to protect it. I added a few snowflake rub ons and flourishes. I use to hoard rub ons so mixed media is a great way to use them. I added texture paste down at the bottom to make it look like a snowbank. I also rubbed Stickles over the top to give it some sparkle. Swiped some gesso around the edges and called it completed.
If you notice, I flipped my canvas again. The triangles were supposed to be on the left side well they are on the top in the finished project.
I am also placing this on the Monday challenge on Simon Says Stamp which is to use stencils.
I really like how it turned out and I know my Ya Ya's will enjoy it also.
Happy Friday.

I did achieve the look I wanted. It is amazing how the same color on top of the same color but in a slightly different shade can make such a subtle background.

Paper Smooches Spark Challenge
Back to trying to play with my Paper Smooches stamps each week. I try to play along with the weekly challenge at the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge Blog. The challenge this week is anything goes. Yeah - I like anything goes. I have been wanting to play with this coffee set for a long time so decided to make a little mixed media project.
Sometimes when I am out shopping I pick up little things that I think I will someday alter. Usually they are pretty inexpensive. This is a small plaque that measures - 2.75 x 4 inches. I covered it with a book page which is applied to the plaque with gel medium. I then applied a layer of gesso. I used another challenge for my color inspiration and will share that picture a little later. I took the pink, yellow and aqua from the picture for my colors. The first color laid down was a yellow gelato - then I added layers of pinks and blues with more gelatos. I stamped the cups on more gessoed book pages and then colored them with distress paints. I hate to tell you it took me 3 times to get that blue cup correct. I smeared the ink (I am not patient). I had a good cup done and then noticed I had colored the inside of the handle blue also. Well that didn't work so back to the stamping. I added the cups with gel medium. The sentiment was stamped on more book paper and applied with gel medium. I added some embossing paste that I colored with distress paint through a stencil. Added a few rub ons. I think it is a fun little project.
The colors were inspired by this challenge from The Mixed Media Monthly Challenge.

Mixed Media Card
Every month the Faber Castell blog Design Memory Craft has a challenge. Sometimes I am able to play along. This challenge was an interesting one. Make something in 30 minutes - mixed media in 30 minutes - WHAT - you got to be kidding - but it kept going around and around and around in my head. Hopefully the 30 minutes does not include my thinking - because we would already be at several hours.
I have been making a few fall cards and really enjoying myself so wanted to make a fall card. I keep a container with all my experiments of backgrounds, leftover pieces so I may be able to use them in the future. I looked through the container and found this piece of watercolor paper which I had colored with gelatos and did not make anything out of it. I looked at all my tree stamps and came up with an idea. I have some dies that have a stitched edge on them so I cut my background. I heat embossed the tree. I did it on purpose so that it looks like the tree is going off the edge. I used a piece of leftover back ground to stamp my sentiment. My layout is very simple. The image is pop dotted on the card front. After I was done, I thought it needed to look like fall so I got out some bottles of acrylic paint and a toothpick and made little leaves. The tree stamp is from Penny Black and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.
This month on the Mixed Media Card Challenge Blog it is to make an Autumn Colored card with the optional add on of metal or leaves. Hopefully abstract dots of acrylic paint count as my leaves. (Insert grin here).
I am also going to enter it into the monthly challenge on the Operation Write Home Card Blog where the challenge that is sponsored by Our Daily Bread Designs. They will pay shipping costs for at least two boxes - so we need to get 50 entries into this contest.
I like how the card turned out - once I had it thought out it was a quick card to make. I may even make some more like it. Of course, now I will have to make backgrounds.
Enjoy your Sunday. The cleaning bug bit me yesterday - but did I clean something that showed - no but I did get rid of bunch of stuff. I do need to get groceries today.

Fusion Challenge
The Fusion Challenge has a great sketch and wonderful colors in their inspiration photo. I actually used both in my card. The sketch is a variation of a favorite layout for me - I like to do the layers with them off angles from each other like this sketch.
The sentiment and flower are Hero Art stamps. Hint - when stamping on the gelatos even my Versafine Ink does not dry that fast and I always end up smearing it. Today I decided to clear emboss it and it works great plus your black has a sheen to it now. I added a little dry embossing to the main layer.
I added some embellishments scattered around the card. I struggle with that. Hopefully I achieved the correct balance. I took a few off.
Enjoy the remainder of your Sunday. I took a short nap.
I have been playing with my gelatos, gesso and dictionary pages. The start of card for me was I had done something and I had swiped some paper across the leftover paint so it did not go to waste. You come up with some of the best backgrounds for card making this way. The flower is stamped on this piece of paper. I then had to create some coordinating colors to go with the flower. The colors are so bright and cheerful. I had a little strip leftover for the sentiment so had to find a sentiment I could stamp on it.

Another Friday Unity Creation and Mixed Media Mojo Tag
It is Friday - time for Friends with Flair on the Unity Blog. I used a couple stamps from Unity. The poppy image and the sentiment. I used bright colors - they should make you "feel the joy".
The tag was cut by hand using a pattern from the Silhouette. It is multi media paper with magazine page on top of it. The two were adhered together with gel medium. The magazine page was covered with gesso - I tried to achieve an ombre look with yellow, orange and red gelatos. The image was stamped in Versamark and white embossing powder was used. The same was done with the sentiment. Some embossing paste was put through a stencil at the top of the tag. I used another stencil to add some white squares with a Big Pen. I used the end of a pen to add some pink dots to a couple places on the tag. The bottom fringe is a piece of dictionary page that was gessoed and colored with gelatos. I then pleated it and added to the bottom of the tag. When I added this to the tag - it took an angle. I added a layer of cord which was the perfect colors and then pop dotted the sentiment above the cord. So the bottom elements are not straight but I think that is OK - I had better think - it is OK since I really can't do anything about it at this point.
I am entering this into the monthly challenge at Mixed Media Mojo where the challenge is to make a tag.
I am not sure what I will do with the tag. It may go on a card.
Have a good Friday.
