Once again it is Oldie Moldie Monday - time to dig out that old paper and show it some love - this one piece of paper has been hanging out on my desk forever so I finally decided to make some quick cards with it. The 12 x 12 sheet had 5 different elements on it - the tape measure, the belt image, two different plaids and the crumpled solid. The paper I printed the digital image on was laying around also. I think they are great cards for Operation Write Home and that paper is gone now.

The digital image is from Integrity. I think it is a wonderful image - it says so much.

Dig out some old paper and show it some love.

Give a card maker some scraps and see what she can do. I was cleaning and found a few scraps of this double sided paper - 2 designs. I was able to make two cards for Operation Write Home with this great digital from Integrity Digital Images.

Everyone have a wonderful evening - I am trying to find my crafting area. I have a friend coming to play on Friday night and she needs room to play.

Good Tuesday morning - way too early to be up - but I guess the body decided I had had enough sleep. I guess that is what happens when you fall asleep on the couch watching a ball game.

My first card is based on the sketch at the Operation Write Home card blog - Stars and Stamps - a wonderfully easy sketch to work with. I actually used some new paper for the first card. After using up so much of that one paper over the week end for kids cards - some new paper deserved some love. The second card was scraps left over from a project a couple years ago - yeah - that paper is all used up.

The wonderful sentiment is a free download from Inktegrity Digital Images. I believe she has a free image each Monday. I thought this sentiment was perfect for cards for Operation Write Home - the sentiment says it all. I have some friends that it would be great for also.
