Monday - time to show some love for your old supplies. The paper and lace are older - the stamp was bought in the last twelve months.
The card is slightly smaller than an A2 size. The stamp is from Gourmet Rubber Stamps. The paper is from Glitz Design and has a 2011 date on it. The lace is a favorite that I buy at JoAnn Fabrics. I believe the next time there (and of course I was there yesterday) I need to pick up a couple yards of this for my supplies.
So go - find some old supplies (I know you have some) and make a card, or do a layout. The paper still works well - it just needs your creative spin to make it wonderful again. I am thinking I need to make this card for my Ya Ya's.

Anything Goes at Paper Smooches
This week the challenge on the Paper Smooches Spark Challenge blog is "Anything Goes". I like these challenges - because I can do whatever I want to do if I have the time. Unfortunately the last few weeks I have not had time to participate in their weekly challenges.
I was making a second card like the card I made on Sunday and posted on my blog. When I went to do the one block I did not have any more of that designer paper that had the multi colored trees on it so I had to be creative. I decided to use one of my stamps from Paper Smooches. I thought the tree stamp went well with the sentiment which was cut from patterned paper. I paper pieced the trees and the heart. I really like how it turned out. I had those glitter drops for the top of the trees which added the perfect finishing touch for me.
So swing on over to Paper Smooches and check out their store. I have several sets on my list but I am trying to be good this month. You can shop at their store.

Freshly Made Sketches
I loved the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches this week. I do have problems with keeping it fairly simple - my middle name is not simple - I believe it is layers. I did make two cards from the sketch.
I will share the card I made for Christmas. I think it will go in my Operation Write Home box. I just let the paper do the talking on the entire card. No stamp was inked for this card.
The paper is from Glitz.
Everyone enjoy their Sunday. I am going to go to a huge flea market today - should be interesting.
